SASHIMI

One of the most simple Japanese food is SASHIMI.

Since it is so simple, the freshness of fish and chef's skill (especially knife skill) are key to have good sashimi dish.

Also, soy source brings flavor of raw fish. Don't forget to put WASABI (Japanese horseradish). It adds spicy flavor and also keeps raw fish fresh.
